Are We Really Done? // Chapter 1, Final Webisode 15

November 18, 2018

When you’re rvSometimers every Chapter has an end and then another Chapter has a new beginning. We really love the changes and believe it helps us keep things fresh. We always have something different to look forward to.

I’m funny though ( I already know it), because I really resist a travel adventure coming to an end. Kory listens to me whine the closer and closer we get to home. Yet once we get there I change my tune and am happy to be at home and see all of the things I love. Then I will be excited and counting the days until the next adventure begins.

Check out this webisode to see our return trip stops. We never planned a stop in Provo, Utah, yet found miles and miles of biking trails and beautiful views. Then we stumbled upon a state park in Washington that was peaceful and full of entertaining geese and wild turkeys. We started our in-person business once we got back to Canada and we share a little about how that works as rvSometimers and then we finally make it home to the Shuswap and guess what?

IT’S BEAUTIFUL, JUST LIKE I REMEMBER IT!

Stay tuned to see some more as we enter Chapter 2.

Let us know how you feel when you are ending one phase and entering a new one in your life. I can’t be the only one that seems a little crazy about it …. right???

We made this trip home in April 2018.

We stayed at Lakeside RV Park in Provo, Utah and Steamboat Rock State Park in Washington.

More about Denise

I am a RV lover. All things RV are intriguing to me right down to the little details. I love to travel, especially in the Beaver, and combining our adventures with our reviews really is having my cake and eating it too. We are rvSometimers, meaning that we do things just a little different then most RV vloggers but it just goes to show that anyone can fit into this lifestyle.

    1. after you’re done with a long trip it’s nice to get back home and relax though especially after you had a lot of fun. Sharing the experience with family and friends is nicer after you get back.

      1. Part of being an RV Sometimer is always having something to look forward to. When we are on the road we look forward to getting back to our home base and hanging out at the lake for summer, seeing our friends and family and using the time to plan the next adventure. But after awhile of being at our home base we are aching to get back on the road and meet new people, see new things and have new adventures. We are lucky to be able to both and it works really well for us. We see you are a weekender/vacationer, how much time do you get to spend out and about?
