Family Meet Up in San Diego // Coronado Island //Sea World, Chapter 1 Webisode 11

October 13, 2018

As a small, close knit family of 3 who is used to doing everything together, when Courtney grew up and got her very own life there were some really big adjustments to be made. It was a tug-of-war between our hearts and minds. We spent her whole life teaching her to be independent, confident and capable of making her own way in this world and then one day she just did it! Oh, how proud we were of her and happy that our parenting goals had been achieved. But, oh, how much we missed her and had this giant hole in our lives. It seemed the thing we wanted most for her, and would not have changed for anything, was also the thing that made us so sad.

As time went on we all adjusted and now we try to not go too long without spending some time together. This generally works out in Courtney’s favour because she gets to come to wherever we to do some fun stuff, and we get to spend lots of time travelling and vlogging. This webisode brings these two things together.

There is a lot of things to do in the area from the big ticket items like Sea World to just hanging out and riding bikes along the beach. Sunny days are the best!

We visited the San Diego area at the end of March/beginning of April 2018.

We stayed at the Rancho Los Coches Rv Park and rented a car to get back and forth to the airport and activities.

More about Denise

I am a RV lover. All things RV are intriguing to me right down to the little details. I love to travel, especially in the Beaver, and combining our adventures with our reviews really is having my cake and eating it too. We are rvSometimers, meaning that we do things just a little different then most RV vloggers but it just goes to show that anyone can fit into this lifestyle.
